J&P Yoga Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your J&P Yoga purchase, just return the items to J&P Yoga, 21476 Claythorne Road, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44122 within 20 days of receipt of the items.
Be sure to return the items in original condition, and include your name, billing address and phone number (a copy of the invoice is very helpful). We suggest you send the items via a trackable shipping method and insure them to prevent loss.
Once we receive the product, we will issue a credit for the amount of purchase. The credit will be in the same form as the method of payment.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on large orders that require additional handling and on returns received after the 20 day window.
